Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the PairNow app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Menu → Settings (Account).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, then confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted per the timelines below.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account for you:
Email Write to support@pairnow.in with the subject “Delete my account”, from your registered email address, and include your registered phone number so we can verify it is you. We verify and process valid requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- Profile information — name, photo, date of birth, gender, language, and bio
- Your phone number and login/session data
- Verification media (selfie and voice sample), for talent accounts
- Chat messages and in-app conversations
- Call history, matches, and preferences
- Any remaining in-app coin/wallet balance (balances are non-refundable per our Terms)
- Device identifiers and app-usage analytics linked to your account
What data is retained, and why
Certain records must be kept to comply with Indian law even after your account is deleted. These are stored securely, used only for legal/accounting purposes, and are not used to contact or profile you:

Deletion timeline
- Immediately: your account is deactivated and no longer visible or usable.
- Within 30 days: your personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems.
- Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
- Legally required records (above) are retained only for their statutory period, then permanently deleted.
