™1. What PairNow is
PairNow is a friendship and conversation app for Android. It connects you with hosts — people who have joined PairNow to chat, listen and keep you company — over live one-to-one video and voice calls. You can also join live rooms and send virtual gifts during a conversation.
The app is available in 10 languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati and Punjabi, so you can talk in the language you are most comfortable with.
PairNow is built for friendship and good conversation. Our Community Guidelines set out what is and isn't allowed on the app.
2. How paying works
- Downloading PairNow and creating an account is free.
- Calls with hosts and virtual gifts are paid for with Butterflies, PairNow's in-app coins. You buy Butterflies in packs inside the app, and the price of each pack is shown, inclusive of GST, before you pay.
- Butterflies are spent per minute during a call, and when you send a gift.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Card, UPI, netbanking and other payment-instrument details are handled by the payment partner and are not stored by PairNow.
- Butterflies are platform credits, not money: they cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash. How refunds and cancellations work is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Who runs PairNow
PairNow is a product of Nxtspacelabs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana.

4. 18+ only
PairNow is strictly for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. Users confirm their age when they sign up, and accounts we identify or reasonably suspect as belonging to someone under 18 are suspended and then terminated on review.
5. Safety
- Verified hosts. Hosts complete identity (KYC) verification before they start taking calls.
- Report and block. During a call, use the report option to report the other person — choosing Report & Block ends the call and blocks them. You can also tap Report on someone's profile, and manage the people you have blocked under Profile → Settings → Blocked users.
- Moderation. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and accounts that break our Community Guidelines can be restricted or removed.
- Child safety. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Read our Child Safety Standards.
